I had a great stay at the hotel, just 2 km away from the bustling city center. The rooms were kept very clean, but I felt the location was a bit hard to find initially. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, taking us to extra places we hadn't even planned to visit.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice, clean, and had their own balcony as promised, equipped with all the amenities I needed. The service was exceptional, with extremely helpful staff who even arranged breakfast for us before the usual serving time. The location, although a bit noisy next to the road, had a unique charm close to nature. The dining experience was a bit delayed but satisfactory with offerings from the in-house restaurant. Overall, a delightful stay with minor hiccups.
The hotel's location is great, near the Munnar town but a little noisy being next to the road. The rooms are spacious and clean, but difficult to lock and felt cold and damp. The service is exceptionally helpful and always ready to assist, making the stay pleasant. The dining experience offers good quality food delivered on time. The hotel is just away from the central hubbub, offering a quieter stay.
